Paloma holds the Certificate of Aptitude for Legal Practice after obtaining a Master’s degree in Private Law and a Master’s degree in Dispute Management from the University of Nice.
She was a member of the Nice Bar for seven years before joining the Principality in April 2024.
She has gained extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in real estate law, particularly in the areas of construction, real estate development, and commercial leases and in insolvency proceedings.
Since joining Gardetto Law Firm, she has been handling construction cases and general civil law disputes, as well as drafting legal documents and providing consultations in these fields.
Language Skills: Paloma works in French and Italian.
