Djendel YASSEN holds a doctorate in Law from the University of Nice (Antitrust Laws and International Competition), a Master 2 on Public and Private International Law and a Master 1 in Business law.
Djendel YASSEN was admitted to the Nice Bar in 2002 and practised as an attorney in France for 19 years. Djendel taught Civil Law during two years, as an assistant at the University of Nice, and Labour Law (Master 1 and 2) during three years, as a lecturer at the University of Nice-ISEM. He also worked as a legal adviser in an R&D company.
Djendel Yassen specialises in civil, commercial, business law, intellectual property and employment law, providing advice and drafting contracts as well as handling litigation.
