Specialist in civil law, primarily in personal and family law, as well as in the law of obligations. Previously, she practiced as a lawyer in France for nineteen years, during which she acquired significant experience in family law, along with cross-disciplinary skills in civil law, including labor law and construction law. Diana joined the Ministry of Justice through the complementary entrance exam and, after training at the National School for the Judiciary, she served as a trainee judge in 2020, covering both civil and criminal domains.
Wishing to focus her practice exclusively on civil law, she joined, in January 2021, as a legal counsel, a law firm specializing in personal injury compensation.
Within our firm, Diana is the specialist in private international law, handling divorce cases and child custody disputes, as well as managing complex international succession cases.
Diana holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Toulon and the Var, specializing in “Judicial Careers and Criminal Sciences.” She obtained her Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) in 2000 and was admitted to the bar in Aix-en-Provence in January 2001.
She works both in French and English, and she possesses strong knowledge of Czech.
