Adil specializes primarily in business law and private international law.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999 and has practiced as a lawyer at international law firms. He has published several articles in legal and financial journals (Journal des Sociétés, Option Finance) on corporate law, banking, and finance, and also speaks at conferences in these fields.
Adil has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity/LBO, and financing, as well as regulatory matters.
Within our firm, Adil plays a key role in structuring our internal procedures in accordance with current regulations.
Adil is at the forefront of strategic decision-making. He is a recognized expert, capable of handling complex legal matters and providing legal security to the transactions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a DEA in Private Law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre.
His working languages are French and English.
