Jeremy practices business law, tax law, banking and financial law, civil law as well as international private law.
He previously worked in international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg advising and assisting investment funds and their management companies in corporate law as well as in financial law, namely on MiFID, UCITS and AIFM matters.
He holds a Master 2 degree in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier during which he wrote a Master’s thesis on the “Obligation of Information of Investment Funds”, and a “DJCE” specialisation certificate in tax law, obtained after a Master 1 degree in Business Law and Tax Law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
Jeremy was awarded Certificate of Lawyer’s Professional Skill (CAPA) in 2017.
He works both in French and English.
